1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bvd8 platform and all related services. By accessing or using bvd8 through the website, mobile version, or any other digital channel, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

2Eligibility and Registration

2.2 One Account Rule

Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed. Balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

It is mandatory to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in the account being closed immediately and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

• Full name must match the national identity card.
• An active mobile number and email address must be provided.
• The payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) must match the registered name.

3Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep all your bvd8 account details — username, password, and transaction PIN — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at bvd8 is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly.

• The payment method must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Deposit amounts are always calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Completing identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before making a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Identity Verification

Before any withdrawal, or at any time bvd8 deems appropriate, bvd8 may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification documents. Failure to provide documents within the specified time will result in the account being temporarily restricted.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw bonus funds, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered at least 20 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be used only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.
• There may be a specific time limit for completing bonus requirements.
• bvd8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

bvd8's VIP program has three tiers. The Bronze tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%. The Silver tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.8%. The Gold tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 1.2%. Tier levels are determined based on consistent active play and engagement with the platform. VIP benefits are subject to separate terms and conditions.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

The bvd8 platform offers various gaming services including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games. Each game has its own applicable rules.

• Bet amounts must remain within the set limits of each game.
• If any transaction is cancelled due to a technical error, bvd8's decision is final.
• If any dispute arises regarding a result, the game log will be reviewed.
• bvd8 will not be held responsible for losses caused by network issues.
• The right to void winnings obtained due to software or hardware errors is reserved.

11Account Closure

11.2 Closure by bvd8

bvd8 may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraud, deception, or suspicious activity.
• Legal or regulatory obligations.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

If an account is closed for reasons other than a violation of these Terms, any applicable balance will be returned.

12Dispute Resolution
